Absolutely useless, it forces you to book an appointment (a 15 min timeframe better hope you dont hit traffic) but the website (which seems to be the one and only way to book) kicks you out when you start to try to book a time. Abysmal service, Newport Council should be ashamed of this entire process.

Paying to tip your stuff is just ridiculous because we all already paying council tax. What the hell is up with booking a slot, everything these days you need to book....not happy. Nothing gonna change after this review anyway

Why do we still have to pre book covid restrictions ends years ago ,is it to put people off using the tip and promote fly tipping

Booked online - received no confirmation, the center isn’t findable on Google maps easily, please post location as postcode goes to different location. Cannot re book, isn’t busy but wasn’t allowed to drop small amount, cannot rebook as website keeps blocking booking, can only book a few dates in advance. Very confusing and frustrating. Totally wasted morning.

The guys are great, always helpful and around to answer any questions or to help carry and unload items. The booking system has made the roads around the area more manageable, less traffic overflow and the tip itself has a good steady flow.
