DO NOT USE I DO NOT RECOMMEND AVOID!! PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR SKIP HIRE AND TOLD THIS COMPANY WE WANTED A EARLY DELIVERY . ITS NOW 12.10 AND NO SKIP!! CALLED THE COMPANY TO BE TOLD ITS COMING AFTER 1.30!!! I TOLD THE PERSON ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH ONLY TO BE TOLD ITS NOT HER DEPT. DISGUSTING SERVICE WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I have used Thompson Skip hire twice the first time is the guy on the phone was very rude and cheeky towards me. The skip arrived very late in the afternoon. I hired them again hoping that the first time was a one off but Unfortunately it looks like they are unreliable and unprofessional all the time specially on the phone, the second time they came was to pick up a skip that I didn’t have. The driver went away to bring another one only four hours later. I have booked in labourers for the day to fill the skip and they were unable to wait. Hang about all day, so I paid the labourers for nothing.
The company owners need to take a review of the running of the business before they loose customers.

Was promised drop off for a particular time early morning as I'd booked labourers to clear an overrun garden, it didn't arrive til late afternoon so the work lads were hanging about to fill it. Same happened on replacing the skip the next day with another one. They actually collected it but didn't bring its replacement despite it being on order and brought the empty one at the end of the day yet again. This resulting a days wasted labour costs as the lads had to come back a 3rd day to fill it at my expense. Very poor customer service. Would definetly NOT recommend
