8am open a lie. Called at 1050 and said they were opening at 11. I get there at 1140 and it's closed. Waisted a 1.8 hour round trip, Also randomly closed one weekend!

Heard amazing things about this place so ealked down as I don't drive only to find this shop has absolutely no pedestrian access, I can't use the shop as I don't drive. Thanks guys,maybe you ought to revive your access plans for pedestrians. The world punishes people for choosing to walk these days. I give up trying to be included.

Went to the recycling centre today.
A more miserable wet day you can only imagine.
However what a helpful cheerful crew to greet and assist the patrons.
Helped to unload vehicles and to find the right skips. What a pleasant visit in the rain

The skip area is well organised. But the Revive shop never seems to be open - I have tried to deposit items there on multiple occasions but it's always closed - despite their published opening times. The shop is a complete waste of time - don't bother!

Very helpful staff, last week Friday I visited and had a flat tyre, the 2 men working were extremely helpful, pumped up the tyre and found me a pump to take away. Great service and a massive thanks to them.

The directions on Google map led me to the sorting place, the other side of the wood, I was kindly escorted off the premises and then shown the public entrance to the wood by a gentleman, who worked at the sorting place. If any local councillor reads this review, please set aside a small budget for signage to the wooded nature reserve.

Excellent site, well run and very tidy. Helpful staff. I am a local resident who visits every couple of weeks. Some reviewers have commented negatively about the strict policy on black bagged non-recyclable waste: well yes, what do you expect? The policy against simply dumping waste in black bags is very well publicised and yes you should sort all your waste before coming to the tip. It is not difficult to do. The side effect of sorting all your own waste is that it helped make me very aware of how much unnecessary packaging there is and has made me change my buying habits.
