I am an 84 year old gent, took some heavy bags of soil and rubble to dispose off at Thornley site.
The staff were very quick to give my wife and myself a BIG helping hand to dispose of at the site - THANKS A LOT GUYS.

Honestly, what a ignorant bunch. If talked to people, no sorry shouted at customers the way I was spoken to 15/7/24 I be out of a job. Your supposed to to assist people not be abusive. Pig ignorant

Staff were not helpful at all! One guy made jokes of me and laughed continuously, his behaviour was humiliating I've only asked where I can drop the thinks. I had the worst experience ever! They have NO RESPECT at all!!!

all of them sat around doing nothing male closed the gate on us without a word middle of the day i asked what was going on another male said he doesnt work here i told him to close the gate ( no saftey boots no high vis blatent disregard for health and safety ) eventually got into the skip disabled the guy who did not work there and the workers all sat smoking and eating talking i was told i needed a blue badge i had produced it already but did so again was told i did not look disabled

Staff where not helpful at all, very selective on who they were helping, kept bossing me around on how to dispose of the waste rathen than helping me do it. One guy kept talking nonsense to help their day get by kicker when I've only just asked where I can drop one thing.

Brilliant service this morning extremely helpful staff Deputy Manager Phil was so accommodating made our trip there very easy and enjoyable so great to see somebody enjoying their job and helping others with such enthusiasm he was very informative and had a great personality ? see you next time !
