Couldn't give 0 stars but asked for early delivery for job still no sign at 3pm when tang up got told was on the way that's it. Told client these were charging becaise of residential parking on street so it was more expensive yet other skip companies then came in after getting the skip at 170 less in price wouldn't use these but try other places they rip off the elderly

We had an 8 yard skip to empty my deceased brothers house. Delivery was on time. Price was average. However upon pick up 5 days after ringing to say it was full. It was taken away. Obviously nobody was in the property so I drove past a few days later to find 1 of the 2 mattresses still on the garden along with some plastic chairs. Both of these were in the skip when we rang for pick up. Obviously someone had been rummaging through the skip. Upon ringing to ask why the driver hadn't placed the item back on top and taken it away. They said the driver will only take whats in the skip. Its was quite obvious that these items were meant to go. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It took 3 phone calls to get an answer on this situation. Terrible customer service.

Told them what rubbish I needed to put in the skip and she told me what skip I needed everything fitted in. Dropped the skip off on the day they said and picked it up on the day they said. Very happy with the service.

Was told it was 21 plus vat to tip as a minimum charge by one person, then they tried to charge 30 when I tipped, even at minimum charge, I questioned this but I was just shown a minimum charge sheet, which I understand but why am I been told two different amounts, definitely will not be using this service again unless I have to
