Third time using TJ Waste and they have been fantastic. Delivery of the skip was in good time and collected without any issues. Drivers where helpful and very polite. The office staff are equally polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this company for all your household or professional waste removal needs.

Poor company, driver turned up to take my rubble and soil away. I then received a phone call to say it was a mixed load which was now going to cost £2000. I explained that it wasn’t a mixed load as I’ve been in the building industrie for 20 years, so am fully aware of the consequences of a mixed load. Dan in the office who was actually helpful and a good guy said that the driver would take some photos as evidence. He didn’t... he got in his lorry and went. Never did speak to the driver. Strange way to conduct business. Unprofessional company.

Booked a skip for 4 weeks, was told it was the same price for 4 or 5 weeks but thought 4 would be enough. When I called up to extend it, I was told it’s an extra £50 per week! They didn’t care that I was told something different when I called originally.
We were also told we should have been paying this extra £50 per week from 2 weeks of hire, so ‘we’ve done well’. This is rubbish as I called different companies before hiring and they were all a similar price for the 4/5 week duration, we went with TJ waste as they were marginally cheaper but wish we’d gone with someone else now.

Quick and easy hiring process, and the chap who came to deliver and collect the skip (Dave) could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Would certainly use this company again.
