If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, been with TLM for 17 months and chose them as they are local and thought that would’ve made things stress free and simple, I had them set up to collect waste fortnightly and I had to call them up multiple times on almost every cycle as their drivers would either arrive at unreasonable hours (5am for a tattoo shop) or in some cases not arrive at all, but put down that they had arrived meaning I would be billed for something that hasn’t taken place. On the last communication with them they said they’d came and collected even though they did not arrive, the customer services team then set up someone to come collect but neglected to tell them it was clinical waste even though we were all on a first name basis by this ping after having to ring up so often. One of the customer service team even noted how they always knew there’d been an issue when they see my number pop up - something they would only remember due to the amount I had to call them. It ended up being referred to a manager who then fobbed me off to another company who couldn’t even empty the bin on our serviceable days! TLM are an absolute joke of a company and I would strongly advise anyone seeking waste management service to look elsewhere.

This company is instructed by everything managed to collect my commercial waste. The service is extremely poor dont collect bins have to call everything managed to call this comapny to remove. Most of time miss collect have to call and they make excuses like there was traffic and there was road work near depo. Everything managed Never issue credit notes for miss collection and if I say I stop direct debit they threaten to stop my account and take me to court and I get CCJ. Please Please I request DONT USE this Everything managed as you will regret. Please dont use if they dont collect they dont send proof and argue they removed but never send any photos as proof that they come and there was a issue to make thing worse the driver take bin of another shop near me plus any extra things I wonder maybe they give him some favours in return

First time I've used TLM. I was very impressed with their quick response
The driver was very polite and courteous as he arrived very early in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble.
The skip was collected promptly when I had filled it. Value for money was excellent with their special offer. Highly recommended, Geoff from Hockley.

Unfortunately whilst driving home from a nightshift this morning, I had one of their skip trucks tail gating with full beams on in a 50 zone, trying to intimidate a female lone driver, then to under cut me and drive along side me with his window down threatening me. Should not be allowed to operate such heavy vehicles!!! oh well next stop to report to regulatory authorities. You as a company need to have dashcams like some drivers do.

Do not work with this company! They never collect the waste at the agreed day and sometimes even skip a week. The customer service is almost impossible to get hold of and very unhelpful in any event. Since working with this company we have never had waste collected on time!

last Thursday, I had called their customer service team and spoken to a lady who promised me would call me back for a solution to relocate our FEL bin but she did not call me on that day;
Today, I just called TLM again to address my concerns, the same lady picked up my phone, she is very impatient and very unprofessional as she had hang up on me while I’m still on the phone, so I have to call again and hope to speak to somebody else , unfortunately it is her again picked up my call then she only spoke one sentence then straight away hanging up on me while I am still talking, WOW, very RUDE to a loyal customer twice in 1 hour.
Wish their manager can review this case and speak to this Rude lady in their customer team

Our commercial waste has not been collected several times as promised, one thing I don’t understand when you speak to them on the phone they assure you 100% that it will be collected when it’s not you call them again and get promised again and nothing happens, why promise when you as a company can not stick to your words STOP the LIES and do your job properly and and be honest with you customers.
