I was wondering if some of the staff were only rude to me, but after reading the reviews, I realized that they have been rude to many people. It's clear that without sufficient knowledge, it's almost impossible to make any purchases. I hope someone in charge reads these reviews and reminds the staff how important it is to be friendly and approachable.

Went to a few plumbing merchant's. No luck .untill I met a young man called Ryan .
He tried to help as much as he could and we both got frustrated. Then he came up with a great salutation to the problem .

I visited the Weybridge store today and was so impressed. The variety of products are great and what a wonderful selection also the staff were just lovely and we were delighted with the the extremely clean car park.

I have never been disappointed with the great customer service and i was offered a coffee whilst the friendly staff went to pick my items.
