Collected the item with no issues, owner is very friendly and helpful. Fitted it today to replace damaged wing very good quality item. Thank you. First picture is old wing, 2nd one is new one from Toyota Spares Nottingham.

I was told 3 items I needed were in stock, but they only had 2 when I got there. There's no swanky computer system I can detect, so I think they quote prices and stock from memory. I was asked for a higher price in person, but the guy honoured the lower price I was given on the phone no issues.
Overall it's just an old school breakers yard and I think they are doing their best, just don't expect McDonald's efficiency levels.

1st time I used them. Not local to them, fantastic service. Rang 9am and spoke to a polite fine staff, giving him my details of the part I need and i was told they ring back in half an hour. Half an hour later got call back and was sent a text of the address to pick up my part. Picked my part within an hour an half from the point I made a phone call. Got their they were helpful no issues at all. Very tidy place as well. Part was good condition as well. Keep it up lads 👍

Unprofessional.
Liars tell you parts are good. No issues. When you see bad damaged worse that you already have. You feel like slapping them in the face for lying.

Ask for clear pictures and chase them.

Don't waste your time going here for parts.

Excellent customer service. The gentleman was very honest in the fact that I didn’t need a replacement part for my wing mirror when he assessed my car and slotted it back into place for me. Would recommend.
