The lads stayed behind for me and managed to squeeze a massive bonnet into a tiny car with no damage. They were extremely patient and super friendly. 100% would recommend and use the again, just call them beforehand so they can expect and accommodate your needs like they did for me. Had another email to advise part is out for delivery - had it in my hands less than 24 hours from ordering. Excellent packaging, quality item at a great price and delivered with a smile in a branded own vehicle. Doesn't get much better. Thank You.

Bought a part for my van, with next day delivery if purchased before a certain time. I make the purchase and hour and a half before that. 5 days later and after and email and a call to see why my item not only hasn't arrived, but tracking shows it's not even been given to the carrier, I was informed by one person it was damaged so they had to get another one to send, and by email that it takes 1-3 days for postage......on a next day delivery!. By the time its now planned to arrive it's going to be past 7 day. On a next day delivery!

The front wing for my Golf mk4 arrived when stated. The driver even rang me to tell where he left as nobody was at home. Looks good so far. Just need to paint it and then fit it. Does look solid and a great price as well. Arrived with no damage and wasn't thrown over the fence like dpd drivers would do.

Ordered fog light covers for my car a specific version that doesn’t cover the day time lights, they’re more expensive but the right part for my car trade vehicle parts have sent me the cheap version you can get on eBay for half the price it’s not even the product imaged on the website absolute scam don’t use these guys.
First picture is what I received second is what they advertised as you can see they’ve sent me the cheap Chinese copy’s that aren’t the right ones!

Having purchased a replacement door mirror from 2 other suppliers, both the wrong fitting, I remembered the brilliant service I had received a few years ago from Trade Vehicle Parts. I contacted them and the lady in the office was friendly and most helpful, I supplied a photo and measurements of the existing mirror which she forwarded to the warehouse. I then received photos and measurements of the part they identified as the correct version, which was supplied in a timely manner. Bingo the mirror has just been fitted in under 1/2 hour and is perfect. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Trade Vehicle Parts and their friendly, professional and helpful staff. Ordered a part for my vehicle, 4 days ago now, early tuesday the 24th,believing it was to arrive on wednesday the 25th i put the car on the ramps and stripped out the A/C compressor, immoblising the vehicle until the new was fitted.

Called on thursday to be told the tracking looks good , its not actually next day delivery it will be 3-5 days.

Saturday rolls around to the 28th and iv tracked it myself.....and to my dismay and suprise evri apparantly haven't even got my order to deliver.

Called immediately to be greeted by a very angry and rude man , stating his system is down, theres nothing he can do ... it will be monday (as iv already been told) .

No car now. Relying on people to grab my son and beg for lifts not ideal for a 2 hour job, but it is what it is as they say.
