MASSIVE branch here, bigger than white city’s but also teaming with people. honestly, all that was there had the feeling of being what everyone else had picked over … but i also did go 2pm on a saturday! the queue for the changing rooms was quite long on a weekend because there’s only 3 and as said, bustling with people. scavenged the whole store and found a basic striped t-shirt i liked but it was £16 …? idk girls. but i think they played oklou so that was nice!

I called kingsland road branch for some information, has I wanted to drop off lots of bags but parking was hard round that area.
He advised they do collections I was so so happy, I called the number and arranged a collection at very short notice, both were very helpful Thank you again guys and the Van driver. ;)))
They collected 12-15 bags what a clear out, hoping we made lots of people happy some still had tags.

Their monthly updated window displays are very impressive. The security is very friendly, he looks away when I put things inside my bag. It has become my favourite place to shop and borrow clothes. This is my safe space.

I came in today and found three jumpers that were nice quality and decent price. I did have a negative experience with customer service, while my items were being checked out at the till I was ignored by the staff member while they spoke across me to the over members of staff. And was only acknowledged when it came to payment. It felt like I was interrupting their conversation by buying something. Ps I've had multiple similar experiences in this branch.

only 3 items to try, which causes queues. Plus, it would be sooooo much easier if they'd sort clothes according to sizes, would be a huuuge time saver.

I go to Traid all the time, I am local and I usually have a great experience with lovely service, but today I went with a friend and we bought a decent amount of stuff together and there was a short guy with dark hair who I never seen before working behind the counter who refused to give us a bag when there were numerous bags behind the counter and when he finally agreed he threw the bag on the counter pushed our stuff to the side and made us pack the bag. Before hand he called over a tall dark haired lady and they overpriced a pair of shoes which between both of them had no idea of the price. They made the price up on the spot judging by our appearance, which is discrimination. I work in senior management in luxury retail and a sale assistants job in any shop is to take payment and pack the customers bags. By the way my friend is tall and of Nigerian heritage with dreadlocks......surprise surprise. Worst service I've ever experienced.

This shop is so bad, when I asked them how much are hats in this box, she said everything £2.50, and then when I found Palm Angeles authentic hat, she checked this online, and said sorry but this one will cost you £20! That’s so unfair! Very bad😠
