Fantastic! Special thanks to parts women who quickly gave a price over the phone. When I arrived, they crossed against my old part to ensure accuracy. I've worked in a national parts distribution company for over 15 years. The parts look-up team here beat GSF, Euro Car Parts and Ford in looking up the part needed in 30 sec. Other GSF couldn't determine whether the part they had would fit; Euro Car Parts tried to sell me a prop shaft bearing when I asked for a fan clutch, Ford was too expensive, and the waiting time was three weeks for the part to arrive. Transit Parts smashed it from the moment I spoke, and having the part in my hand took 40 minutes!

Unfortunately the costumer service is very disrespectful. They started correcting me on the name of the part number although different parts are called different names. Once we finished the conversation the phone never cut off and the lady started laughing about me with another team member and was very disrespectful I’m sorry!

Purchased a engine new mount in july, has already failed so ask for it to be replaced, to be told need to send back and so will be without a vehicle for probably a week! Absolute idiots to deal with!!

Terrible customer service. I bought an engine from them that still had parts of the previous fuel injectors stuck in the cylinder head. Obviously nobody bothered to check this.

I was slow to notice this as I had alot on, but I have had zero help with this obvious defect. Emails are not replied to, and email addresses apparently change alot according to their on phone customer services. Two weeks I phoned as was told to contact one email address, no reply, and last week I was informed it was the old email.

Never had a call back either. Engine is a waste of money and I will likely have to pay someone else to solve the injector bore issue. Avoid at all costs.

Customer service is shocking. Sent product back as the quality was astonishing. Do not come back to you about your refund. Chased multiple times for no response.

Yes they are cheap, but the products are very poor. Quality is no where near decent. Cheap Chinese

If they were decent enough, they would reply back to my numerous emails.

I purchased a Ford Transit Custom 2.0 Ecoblue Remanufactured Bare Engine from this company and since the day it was fitted it has leaked oil from multiple places including the timing belt cover, sump and rocker cover. They make the engine look nice in the photos but its poorly assembled!
AVOID buying from them!

Terrible company. Zero customer service. I ordered an injector. It arrived and was faulty. I emailed them with zero response. Send the part back and did not receive a refund. They then denied i even sent the part back. So they kept my money £169 and they got the faulty part back too. A complete joke of a company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
