I was very nervous initially about having Botox. Caroline put me at ease instantly by explaining the process, what it would feel like, what to expect. There was no pressure to go ahead after the initial consultation. After 2 weeks I went back for her to check the treatment where she provided a small top up. The change to my forehead has been significant. It didn’t hurt at all which was one of my worries. The new look has given me so much more confidence.

I have been having treatments with Caroline since she started approximately 9 years ago. Caroline is extremely professional, very exact, always with a full follow through and explains all procedures. The fascinating thing is when I started with Caroline I lived in the USA, and would fly in to visit my mum. I could have gone to a location a street away from me in Texas, but no.
