This isnt a charity shop. The prices were are mind blowing, men's wear is unbelievably over priced. I would seriously avoid this shop they've lost grasp on reality. I think they've forgot they got there stock FOR FREE!

I think the charity should be aware of the dreadful customer service in the Lytham shop. Beautiful shop and products however they mean nothing when customers are treated so poorly. I visited on Saturday and was shocked by the insulting comments that came flowing out of the man's mouth! Absolute disgrace!

I think this is possibly the most expensive charity shop I’ve ever seen in the whole of the UK. Couldn’t believe the men’s clothing section. £20/£30 for items you can get online for cheaper, bric a bric priced at £15 you can buy for £1 or £2 in other shops, shocked was an understatement! It’s ran more like a high street shop than a charity shop.

The one is Ansdell is much more fairly priced in comparison to this one.

A lovely shop. Great window displays. Staff who care and are pleasant in person and on the telephone , whether buying or donating. Well done !

Excellent quality stock and achieved the greatest amount for my late mums stuff, unlike some charity shops who virtually give things away… nice to see them working so hard to achieve the best money for the hospice and a lovely shopping environment
