Really pleased with 'Trusted Tech''s service. My company was awarded a grant and needed a reliable computer so I contacted Ade I'm not very technically minded but Ade explained things clearly and advised me well, and we were very pleased with our new computer. Such a helpful friendly company. During difficult times nothing was too much trouble. Collection of our troublesome laptop, data returned and professional advice given. My old PC was slow and struggled with Zoom meetings and refused to have anything to do with Teams. I didn't want to spend a lot on an upgrade as I use the PC for social media and typing in Word and not much else. I heard Trusted Tech did reconditioned ones. I got in touch and went to their premises to pick one up. A fantastic spec for the price plus, keyboard, mouse and monitor included. I cannot believe how fast it is compared to my old PC. Very happy.

I needed to retrieve photos and documents from my laptop that had broken,not allowing me to access any thing. Trusted Tech was recommended. They dealt with my issue professionally cost effectively and more important within a short time frame allowing me to carry on with my busisness I would recommend Trusted Tec 100%
