I phoned TW and asked if they did drop down skips they said yes. Subsequently went to their website and booked a 6yd skip, turned up on time, all good. But when i looked at the skip a couple days later as the ground worker had arrived I noticed it wasn't drop down at all. It was a 6 yard but both ends welded. The ground worker is 62 for him to push a wheelbarrow up the side of a skip without drop down is asking alot. I phoned TW and was told by the booking clerk 'I think there is an option for drop on the website', but hey guys you need to know your business better as there is NO drop down option on your booking site. Because there was a small amount of rubble already in the skip, (put in by his son), they wouldn't change it, got offered a discount on subsequent skip. The customer service in my opinion wasn't great I don't need to be told that it was my fault because I hadn't stated drop down, you know sometimes a customer is right and keeping them onside is a good thing. 1st star as the girl that answered the phone but friendly and polite, 2nd star for the driver who equally friendly. No stars for the rest of the service!

Great Customer service! Delivered a skip a few weeks ago and they have been out today to collect it. Great communication from the drivers with some minor concerns about damaging the lawn ( which can grow back)

Excellent service received from TW Services, can't recommend them highly enough. Materials arrived yesterday and the skip today, both came at the time I was told they would. The driver's made sure that they were placed neatly to make use of the space on my drive, whilst ensuring it didn't sustain too much pressure from it all. Sonny in particular was a real help. Will continue to use and recommend this company.

I have just received my 3rd skip (all different sizes) in as many months from TW Services. Conor has been incredibly responsive by phone and email, and the drivers are always courteous and take their time to decipher exactly where I would like the skip positioned. Very happy with the service, and will continue to use TW Services!
