Terrible experience with this company. We agree on a price and they never show up and don’t pick up the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service and professionalism. This was a complete waste of time and I will recommend anyone to look elsewhere for any towing services.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They are an esurance provider and left me stranded for 5 hours without responding to my calls or texts and initially speaking with them. Avoid at all cost. You cannot count on them.

Left me waiting over 3 hours. Never returned my calls. GEICO had to called them twice. And had to get another company. Not sure how they still in business.

Stay far away from this company. They are greedy and collect money from the insurance company while holding your car hostage. They have had my car for 8 days instead of taking it to the body shop like they keep stating. They are simply racking up storage fees from the insurance company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Unfortunately this company was dispatched by my insurance to tow my vehicle. They called my husband to tell him they were an hour away. 3 hours later, no call, no show, no word on when they would come get the vehicle. Did not answer not 1 of my 15 calls afterwards, or any of my husband. Left us stranded after a traumatic accident. They never called the insurance to say they would be delayed in towing the vehicle. The issue is they would prefer to leave people stranded in the streets instead of being honest and saying we can't take this tow, please dispatch someone else. Very evil people.
