Monday/ Tuesday I spoke to one of the guys via Facebook messenger app. We got everything sorted I said I’m gonna be able to pick up parts on Thursday. As I spoke to them on Tuesday I expected them to get what I needed ready but no I get there spoke to two guys and they left me standing like an idiot for about 20min. Then they finally found the car I wanted the parts of, after 10 more minutes I decided to leave. Definitely won’t be going there again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Very dissatisfied with the service I got from UK Cars Dismantlers Ltd who were supposed to pick up the car 1st day they said due to weather conditions which I understood and they arranged to collect the car the next day however no one turned up during the allocated time frame no calls to explain from them . I called them and was told they would call their driver and get back to me which they never did . Tried calling them back on their mobile number and no one was answering. Did not receive good customer care from them and was inconvenienced.

The worst place I ever been! I paid for a bumper. No one was answering on my messages and when they answer they said the bumper that I paid was not there anymore. After that they told me to go collect a similar one in another colour. So I drove all the way from London for the bumper and went there and they didn’t have any. I don’t recommend to no one to go and buy parts from them!

Rang up looking for an airbox for my car, they were very helpful over the phone and checked to see if they had anything for me. Unfortunately they didn’t quite have the right part but cannot fault their customer service!

Such a poor service booke my car for scrap collection waited in for them to collect eventually rang them myself to check and they told me they could collect later than the booked slot they also lowered the price over the phone I cancel and booked elsewhere that offered more money

National scrap cars arranged collection for my car through this scrap dealer. Very efficient. The collection driver got my car started very quickly with a new battery and the company transferred the promised amount to me within 24 hours. Excellent overall.
