Faultless service that went above and beyond to help a customer in need.

Having been let down by a large and well known Land Rover parts distributor, I contacted UK Landrover Spares on a Saturday afternoon for their help and availability to get the parts asap. Russell went out of his way to ensure that he had all parts I needed in stock and was prepared to get them sent out straight away to ensure I had them next day. Prices were incredibly competitive also. I should have used him in the first place!! I will certainly be returning next time I need something as I can count on a reliable, personalised service.

Fantastic service. I placed an order, which was quickly followed by a call (within 30 minutes) to explain an issue with the item I ordered, and I had constant messages to update until it was delivered.
Great customer service isn’t seen when things work as they should it is seen when things don’t go to plan.

Russell is a top guy - called him on a Friday as my powered steering pump had failed and I needed to fix the Landy by Monday - he managed to turn it round for next day delivery - he cares about your project / land rover and genuinely wants to help out!
