Very unprofessional and using very low level material. I put the concrete under the foundation and on alleyways, they used very low quality material, it’s all come over like sand, when I complaint to the owner, he just keep saying he’ll come to see the site but till now nobody came , when I send the pictures and videos, nobody answered. So now I decided to take the legal action against him.

I use this company to do basement
I order C25 concrete and C30
And after I remove all soil
I see concrete is not strong it is look like mud no concrete still after 3 months I can put nail easy in concrete
Please last week I order C35
When I see the screen it waz C 30 and I tell them
And till now I can make hole with finger

U reply to me u don’t work with me and I misunderstand company
I have all photos and videos
But u don’t care even to come to see the job u have done
This is not ur company and this is not ur guy

Worst concrete supplier ever - completely unreliable. They agreed to bring concrete between 10-12, delayed it to 12-2 pm and then cancelled the job via text message without even having courtesy to phone and apologise. My whole building team sat around waiting. They didn’t even offer a discount due to late delivery and instead threatened to add on more money in case we went over one hour with wheelbarrows. Wouldn’t recommend these guys at all.
