A true hidden gem for antique lovers!

I visited Unicorn Antiques after reading several glowing reviews, and I’m happy to say it absolutely lived up to the hype. The shop is run by a wonderful lady who is not only incredibly kind but clearly passionate about what she does. The space is filled with a fascinating and eclectic mix of treasures, with something unique to discover in every corner.

Downstairs, there’s a charming lower floor where you'll find a gentleman just as warm and welcoming, surrounded by even more beautiful, well-curated pieces. The entire atmosphere is relaxed, inviting, and perfect for those who enjoy a good browse through vintage and antique finds.

Whether you're a seasoned collector or simply love the thrill of antique hunting, I would highly recommend stopping by. It's the kind of place where every visit feels like a new adventure.

This store was on my bucket list of stores to visit in Edinburgh, and it did not disappoint. David has done a phenomenal job, not only in the selection of antique items, but in the way they are presented. His prices are reasonable and he even pointed me in the right direction for help with shipping an item back to the states.

David was also very welcoming and knowledgeable about each of the items in the store. I will definitely add it to my list to come back here and pay David a visit, for some more treasurers, or just to say "hi."

If you are from out of country (or live in Scotland), I would HIGHLY recommend visiting. It is worth the trip.

Lovely shop, with tons of treasures and really friendly, helpful staff. The prices on some things can be high, but that's to be expected when you're after rare/gorgeous things. I found an antique tartan book and was thrilled. Definitely worth a stop.

Went here when on holidays to Scotland and bought a nice looking mantle (or table) clock for £35 and it works perfectly prices are good and the lady put bubble wrap around it so it would be safe going home 10/10 would definitely come back again

What a surprise to find this treasure trove walking distance from Edinburgh Princess Street. If you like quality english antiques you got to visit this one. Two floors full of 50 years of collecting. A delight to explore and meet an owner at work.

I love this vintage shop, time just stop when you go inside, I cannot avoid to image how people use all those unthinkable things, I like to make up stories about odd objects there, I bougth an elephant bell it has a beautifull sound. Is a good place to get a special and unique present.
