I have no real knowledge of the charity itself so I can't comment there, but the people involved with the charity shop in upper Bangor are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I dropped off a large amount of donations, some of which being high-value only to be shouted at in the middle of the street by a staff member for not taking them all the way to back of the store when I explained I was in a hurry, for good reason. They then rejected the donations in a humiliating manner which was fine by me, they can go to a charity shop that actually appreciates some support.

Bit grimy but a good choice of stuff, reasonably priced. Apparently they don't "do" receipts so if you're spending a bit more than my fiver, beware..
