Went in today to get a few bits, Gareth was such an amazing help, came and helped me with his forklift move the wheels underneath so I could access to a couple of bolts to remove the trailing arms. I called ahead to check if a specific part was available, as I was coming from another town and wanted to confirm they had the correct item before making the trip. I explained my situation, but they insisted I come in person to check if the part was available. I don’t understand why they couldn’t confirm this over the phone. It felt like an unnecessary inconvenience, and the lack of customer service made the experience frustrating.

100£+vat wheelbarrow deal email arrived today With huge letters only to see that York has it on the 2nd of Nov. Why the Inverkiething was not advertised this way, so sad and upsetting that it was not properly done for us in ~Scotland....
