Great company to use and ive used alot in the Birmingham area

I waited all day for a recovery to get a van driver who tries to open the back door himself then gets the van key stuck in the back door. Then He refuses to take vehicle broken down unless it The Mercedes Sprinter LWB Van immobilised is turned around and vehicle was just being dropped down the road. Driver was not willing to even help push then said I am waiting in the truck, I asked him can you help us pull it back a little with your Tow to which he refused after wasting the day he says when you have the van turned around call us? and like that a poof of smoke and he was gone. Urban Recovery You have some Moody Drivers working for you, Sort it out as it wont do you reputation any favours. Shocking Service I have used this company many times and they are good but today they have been the worst in every capacity I wont be using you guys again You have lost a loyal customer. 🙁
