Absolutely disgusting service ordered. part was supposed to come next day as our van was booked in the garage the brought it friday and left it outside to be stolen when delivery was to a person or a neighbour. Gave me the run around for pver a month Chris was aggressive and rude on the phone and because i was not backing down put the phone down on me! Disgusting customer service, this so called business should not be trading.

Messed me about. I contacted them a couple of months ago asking if they wanted some old Ford spares I was looking to clear from my garage - all perfectly good condition, and I wasn't bothered about any payment. I just wanted it to go to a good home, and couldn't face eBaying it all myself. I *specifically* checked if they would want *older* Ford parts. They told me they'd take them, and to bring them down. So I hired a van, loaded it up and did just that. When I got there they didn't even look at it, told me they weren't interested. Pretty frustrating. I completely understand they didn't want them but they shouldn't have told me they did in the first place - especially as I specifically checked! I own several Fords of varying ages and was quite chuffed to find a Ford breaker locally to me, as I'd keep them in mind if I ever needed parts. Don't think I'll bother now as I have been very unimpressed by the communication.

Wont be using these ever again! Staff tell lies just to get a sale, and then the part they supplied turns out to be faulty/wrong! Who pays the garage for all their labour charges Yea muggins here! £150 out of pocket so far.

Sold me a driveshaft that had a small split in boot. Only realised the split after suffering catastrophic failure of the shaft and breaking down. Nightmare. Request for replacement or refund ignored.

I ordered an engine on the 18th of July, it did not arrive until the 31st of the July nearly a whole 2 weeks to arrive, this was not a massive deal as I understand deliveries can take time, although when the bare engine arrived the oil pan was all cracked and would have cost me a even more to repair the engine that I had already paid £1,100 for. So I arranged to send the engine back, I had to arrange my own delivery which was fine as it stated this in the terms and conditions, although when I ordered the engine the delivery cost was taken off the price for me, although upon returning I had to pay out of pocket for the engine to be returned and when I mentioned this the Ben on the phone his reply was that “we only refund the price of the part not the delivery”. When I had the confirmation from the pallet company the engine had been delivered I emailed Ford spares asking if they had received it back and had an email back stating that the engine was not delivered, it wasn’t until I emailed the order confirmation that they actually checked the warehouse and found it was delivered and said my refund had been processed, now 14 days later I have still not had my £1,100 back and currently have not had a car for a month and have a loan with the bank that I need to pay back but do not have the money to do so, after talking with someone on the phone today I have had the run around saying our accounting team has processed the refund and it will be with me soon, but won’t give me any contact info to get in contact with the account team to see when my refund was actually processed and his reply was “it could’ve been 2 weeks ago it could’ve been today I don’t know” it just feels like they’re keeping a hold of my money and giving me the run around, absolutely awful customer experience and quality of parts, all I want is my money back for a part that was not up to standard compared to the price I paid for it, and I part I had returned and not argued with any processes, I feel as though I have not been respected as a customer. If my refund is not back with me by the end of the working week I will be contacting my bank and declaring this as fraud as this is daylight robbery.

Found the proverbial 'needle in a haystack' here - a driver's side window regulator for a convertible Ford Focus. The price was reasonable & included the postage. Great customer service on the phone too, ensuring the part was appropriate for my car. So grateful 🙂

Box was in a poor standard when received. I was told a dispatch date which did not correspond at all to when they told me. Very late delivery.
One of the headlights has scratches on to for them to say there was do damage is a lie too. Would not purchase from them again.

Completely ignored my messages once I'd sent payment and again ignoring them after my review. Send me a receipt through about 5 days after they beiieve they actually posted it.
