Just used vale skips , out standing service form the lady on the telephone to Jo who with perfect precision managed to get the skip in and out of our the garden with I bet less the inch each side .

Delivery driver was very rude and ignorant - he left the skip partially on a busy pavement. When I explained to him that it needed moving onto the driveway completely he ignored me and stood there watching me struggle to push the skip onto the drive by myself. I called to arrange a collection date, but they never turned up to collect the skip on the day agreed. I would had appreciated a telephone call to say they weren’t going to make it on the agreed day. Then had to repeatedly chase them the following day to ensure it was collected. I would never use Vale Skip Hire again and would strongly advise others against using them too.

Ordered a skip and stated multiple times I need it for 2 hrs.
I’m now stuck with it for 3 and a half days as they won’t come and pick it up until Monday.
Apparently all the vehicles are in for MOT on Friday. (It’s now Thursday) When I booked, I was specifically told I can ring back and arrange collection as soon as it was full.
I’ve been told by the driver that he will come and collect it later today, and that they are open until 1700 by a man on the phones, now no one’s answering my phone calls, and no one has been to collect the skip.
Really unhappy as these were not the arrangements made at the time of purchase. I have specified on THREE phone calls that I’d like the skip taking the same day or the next day at latest and that was all fine, but no, now I’m stuck with it until Monday.
Very poor communication from all and I would absolutely not recommend this company as you do not get the service that you pay for.
Now if this skip is not collected on Monday, I will be going to the office to demand a full refund.

From the outset everything went so smoothly with Vale Skip Hire.
The lady on the phone who dealt with my enquiry could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the sighting of my skip and what contents could be placed in the skip.
My skip had to be lifted over a fence post.
(Other companies said this could not be done).
I was able to ascertain what time the driver would turn up, which helped greatly.
Both drivers on delivery and collection were highly skilled and well mannered.
From my experience I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Vale Skip Hire.
I would definitely use them again.

Excellent company, highly recommend some really great staff, from the person on the end of the phone who got me a skip delivered very fast and on the exact day I wanted even though other companies were telling me a much longer wait. To the excellent delivery man who not only arrived on time stated but was willing to give advice and not only helped to load it up but spent time with a brush to bag up any loose bits and a bit of extra garden rubbish to fill the skip. I can honestly say Kane was a godsend and the company should be proud of such a conscientious employee. Thank you all.

We rang a few skip-hire companies, and this company was by far the easiest to get a hold of. They also happened to be the cheapest!

The skip arrived on-time and was also collected promptly on the date we specified. Very happy with the service.
