Amazing story behind this little pub. Call in and have a look. Brilliant history. Lots of stories and lots of preserved items. We really enjoyed this random little place, the pub was fascinating. The smells and the items dotted around were brilliant of a time and ear lost but not forgotten. Go for it!

We went in for the 80th VE day celebrations on Saturday. Had an amazing time....my first time there. The atmosphere was really lovely. Some of us dressed up (W.Churchill - 👍)
If only them walls could talk....😉😂🤣🫶

Wasn't sure what to expect, but this place is totally fascinating! A unique time capsule from our recent past. Really does feel like stepping back in time. Also great displays of wider local history. Well worth a visit!

Very disappointed! We journeyed to visit this museum, we were intrigued and quite excited. On arrival to pay were told disabled carer tickets were not available, website says the opposite...but residents can go in for free! Some may say its only £5 but that is a lot of money to pensioners and disabled.....website needs updating and staff need to be kess abrupt...

What a gem, and wehave always wanted to visit as we live fairly locally.
A step back in time. Pub, just as it was when closed in the 1960's, bought back lots of memories. Nice little museum with lots of information about the local area and the pubs on Buckfastleigh. Informative,friendly staff.
