KEEP WAY FROM THIS FIRM THEY ARE CHARLATANS.
Ordered an item from their website and was asked to make payment and they would post the item. After trying to contact them by phone (constantly engaged) and sending several emails and getting no response I have given up. Easy money for them. They do not deserve the one star which is mandatory.

I have had the exact situation, Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Paid for an engine, it turns out to be faulty and requested for the replacement and I was informed it had been dispatched!! Item was never delivered despite the owner assuring myself and the recipient that it was 'on it's way'. This happened on numerous occasions. Calls to the office are met with lies and downright rudeness. The worst customer service ever. Extremely rude woman in the office who doesn't try to help and lies on behalf of the owner. Whole situation is in mess. Still didnt receive the engine. Bunch of liars who shamelessly lies without any regards to my money.

Ebay purchase, I am a pro remanufacturer in Italy: the item (gearbox) was exactly as depicted, even though we managed the postage ourselves from Italy, it was prepared and loaded professionally. Quick communication, no problems at all. Will certainly look for more spare parts from them.

Most doggy traders I've ever had experience with. sold me a van without V5 told me you don't need it, however found out you can't tax it without it. Told me We permission you to drive it. when they should not. with accident bonnet, promised me a new bonnet to replace it. wouldn't give me a recipet keep making excuses to email me which they didn't after two weeks threaten to go to Inland revenue they WhatsApps me with one 4 days before I paid fot it. send me a picture of damaged bonnet to come and collect it. Stay away from them at all cost. all corspondent is in writing I will forward it to Trading standards .

Paid for an Insignia engine (with 6 months warranty apparently) as mine had bottom end failure.
Engine was collected and fitted, but the supplied engine had come untested straight out of a crashed car and also had bottom end failure.
Now out of pocket for fitting i was promised another engine.
After being told lie after lie i towed the car to them for them to fit another as i didnt want to cough up for fitting again.

The car sat in their yard for 6 months untouchedall the while being filtered their BS or them being uncontactable.
Gave up in the end and collected the car and sold it as a non runner for a massive loss.

When i picked car up it had cracked side skirts where they had lifted it with forklift to move it around yard as well as scuffs and dents.

Dont give these con-men your money.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish purchased a what they said was a fully recon insignia engine only to find it came straight out of a scrap car and sent to me not at all reconditioned took the engine back in January and its now may 17th and still no refund now im from south wales and got to do a 8 hour round trip to get my money back stay well clear of these guys people proper rip off merchants.
