In under 24 hours they had picked up my car and I had the money transferred to my bank.

I got quoted what I felt was a really fair price initially over the phone. This was already more than We Buy Any Car had quoted.

I actually received a slightly higher amount than quoted after they had collected the car, which was amazing.

I would definitely go back to them and happily recommend them to friends and family.

If I could give 0 stars I would what a complete ignorant person who I dealt with.asked about a part said yep still got it,went and had a look at it yep sorted I’ll have it,someone Elsa came in shouting about parts he’d ordered then said person just ducks of standing there like lost little dog waited for ages so sorry fella just lost my business even had a grand in me pocket to pay for said item,I’ll spend my money somewhere Elsa.been here a few times now and have always left unhappy with the service it’s like none of them want to know,I will never go back to this place ever again,I’d rather spend my money somewhere Elsa.

Sold my nonrunner VW to them as they beat the price offered by all the online scrap/salvage comparison services. Also very straightforward. There were no frustrating sales or negotiation tactics I had experienced with the scrap comparison sites, and there was no chipping away at the price agreed.

I bought an Audi A4 ALT engine from these folks and had it shipped all the way to Kenya. Alas! They sent me the wrong engine. Terrible customer service. They hardly respond to emails and are rude when they do. Once you pay for your part you are literally at their mercy and they'll treat you however they want. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying online. Maybe they're better in person and you can physically confirm the part you're buying. Otherwise, be warned.

100% recommend this business, everyone I’ve dealt with here are really friendly. Bought our car and the price agreed was the price we got on the day. Collection was great, as a women alone with two kids at the time I was made to feel like nothing was a problem and really comfortable. Communication is great.
