Wouldn't bother if you are a business customer, you come second to the provider and loose a lot of time. I was at the site first thing but the provider gets to que jump to the front, hold you up for over half an hour so they can park up for a cuppa once serviced. Then you're told there's no complaint process and the Articulated lorrys can do whatever they want. This isn't a one off it's very regular, turn up first to be held up. Wouldn't mind but I can be on & off the site in 6 mins or less. Very poorly managed.

Southport Foul Lane cardboard recycling full so 'put it in non-recyclable is all you can do'. Really? It doesn't take much to screw the planet and this operation is going bove and beyond to assist. Pitifully dire.
