Put my garden waste out late Sunday for collection Monday. Bin wasn't taken and have been told the bin men said it wasn't out. I don't appreciate being called a liar, both my recycling bins were out and only my plastics was emptied. Perhaps employ people who do a proper job and are not liars themselves!

Live in northampton and this company has the contract myself and neighbour are on green sack collection each week pity have since April have to send email to remind them to collect them even and calls from them saying computer error then A letter informing myself and neighbour all sorted until last week re storm they altered pick up day still had to send email asking 4 collection same this week

My black bin fell in the bin lorry in June was big bin which we had for years , delivered small bin , was waiting on big bin to get delivered told carnt have big bin , when the bin men lost my bin in the lorry , I put my rubbish out on Monday in bags , not collected , missed bin collection, reported, was told bin men said it was side waste how can it be I never had my bin out was small bin , untill today told I carnt have big black bin, if someone told me this earlier then i would have used my new smaller bin to put my rubbish in, now im stuck with rubbish they wont collect, bin men lied saying it was side waste , it was not side waste , the person on phone today was rude didn't listen to what i had to say was told to take it to tip , we pay our council tax this was out of order , bin men totally lie about issues, they didnt even tell me my bin fell in lorry bit of common sense wouldn't go a miss from the useless person, still stuck with rubbish they refused to collect!!!!
