Absolutely Shocking!!! A simple phone call and nothing but drivel. What happened to the days when you could simply dial a number, and talk to a human!! What a "rubbish" outfit!!

Awful communication - we were wanting to order an additional bin for a new site we have acquired and I have been waiting on a call back for over 4 weeks now. Chased once a week since.
We are moving all of our waste management to another.

When a customer calls to point out an error you have made then its found to be true, think office staff should try starting with an apology instead of acting like they are doing u a customer a favour! They are quick to freeze ur account for a missed bill that ended up at our neighbours for a month (posties fault tbf), but then we settle same day we are informed and then u don't show up on new arranged day! On the hottest days of the year no doubt fanks!! This seems a trend with bin companies ( update surprise suprise failed to turn up 2nd arranged date too claims came morning but van blocking and then I see them pulled in front of my place at lunchtime!! didn't have time I guess to do their job called again still not sorry lol🤦‍♀️)

Can only collect from a pensioner when it suits them have not collected for 3 weeks and lies when council informed saying they have been this has been an ongoing problem for last year could someone contact me
