I have a continuous issue with this company. I have reported to their management at the Wembley office that their drivers do not put their customers bins back in the correct place. They end up blocking fire exits and doors to other premises due to their laziness, this happens every week, three times a week. What happens when someone is unable to exit their property in an emergency and they're unable too? I have made contact with them by phone countless times and now give up.

Shocking customer service. They have been poor at service and communication and won’t let me cancel my contract. They are shocking as a company and I will never work with them again. They do the minimal effort and even fail at that.

Whatever you do, Never!!!!! use this company to remove your waste.
I have 2 cafe's and they always miss collection without informing you and then charge you for the missed collection and cheat and say the bins where too heavy. The contract you sign with them is unfair and wrong. Customer service is waste of time and for a company of this size it is an embarrassment. Who ever is running the Wembley Depo you should change your job since you clearly don't know what you doing.

Nothing but issues. I pay for the service as a commercial waste collection but they continually miss the collection. They won't answer the phone no matter what time of day. Disgusting customer service and should be reported to the appropriate service odbusman! Quick to take your money and set up the service but after that zero service performance!

Terrible service with lazy bin men. They rotate bins around the neighbourhood instead of bringing your bin back to speed up their work. As a result you will get somebody else’s bin om different weeks, often dirty and smelly and you can keep washing them to no end or just give up. Incredible laziness.

Worst company ever. They never pick up the phone. Contacted customer service and they hanged the phone on me, Bins are never put in place and they leave it anywhere, blocking pavement and fire exit, emergency exit doors.
They took my grey bin away and I had to pay for a replacement bin. Veolia don’t deserve even 1 star. Would’ve giving minus 0 if I could.

Never answer the phone, complain if you want to book and extra collection. drivers are extremely rude. Reps are useless once your signed up then thats it they don't want to know.
