Rude Staff and even worse in the customer service centre.

Collection issues are often and don't resolve the issue normally making you wait 2 weeks till the next collection then complain your bins too full.

Very difficult people to deal with.

Seems to be REFUSE side of the business not Recycling.

Just read other reviews clearly seems to be a common issue they just don't care.

Supposed to collect our food box on Saturday, 28 December, did not do so. Emailed the council, no response. Phoned council, spoke to a 'dead head' there who told me there was nothing he could do and then told me to put any food waste that I could not get into the food box into the land fill bin (black bin) They ask us to recycle and then when it suits them not to recycle. Perhaps it goes into land fill every time?
