Extremely rude and awful "assistant manager", dropped off some bags and was met with a very rude and condescending "can you not read the door, we are not accepting any more donations", how on earth do you find that appropriate to say to a customer just dropping things off for a good cause? How do you know if they are able to read? Absolutely appalling behaviour and unprofessionalism when i questioned her on her attitude and was met with excuses. I will never use this business again after this interaction today, I would be rethinking having someone like this represent my business!

*In response to owner* While the safety of your employees was not brought into question nor the purpose of the said sign in your window, your supposed assistant manager in question lacks the ability to hold herself with kindness or professionalism when communicating with customers, additionally disregarding that people may not have the ability to read either as stated "she doesn't know anybody that can't read" Address the real issue at hand here and train the people representing you with better customer service and communication skills.

They’re good and have friendly staff but it says on Google that they’re open until 1pm on a Saturday. But when we drove to drop some donations off during opening times they were closed. I guess they don’t cater for people that work during the week, ey? 🤷🏻‍♀️
