Visited here to get some parts for my polo recently, the bloke was really friendly, really patient and helped me as much as he could to insure i got the right part, then when I arrived, he brought the parts to the car for me and loaded it all up himself.

He has great prices and I would 100% recommend if you need parts for older cars

Terrible considering they're a vw audi German parts place. Never have anything in stock. Several items I've asked for parts and every time same answer "nothing mate"

Bought the part and was told if it was something else to come back and they'll exchange the part or give me a refund. Turns out they were lying and now their policy states no refunds. I have a witness who heard and witnessed the worker saying about the refund when he was handling me a product.
If you are really desperate to sell your product don't lie to people cause that's just disrespectful. I will never come back to this place. I hope people will be more careful next time buying anything from you.
