Have dealt with Volksmine many times over the years, they are the most helpful reliable guys in the business. Makes me sad reading some of these bad reviews, I would simply say there is always 2 sides to every story and have seen these guys go out of their way to help me and other customers when they didn’t need to, there are so many rip off garages about these days, these guys are definitely not one of them

Took the car to them with one problem, I picked it up with 3 problems. Went back the next day to explain to them about it, they refused to look at the car.
Basically after taking your money ( which wasn’t cheap at all ) they don’t want to know you
I wish I read the reviews before taking my car to them, rip off merchant.

Best and loyal service ! very helpful always there to help ! I live in the north of Scotland and had problems with engine and even the distance from volksmine to where I live still wasn’t a problem , they picked my new engine and delivered the new one within a week ! they were always there to help me , as my mechanic was a waste of time , volksmine stepped in and solved my engine problems , with a new recon engine ! I highly recommend them as they are what they say they are fully committed to there customers 🤩

This post is after contacting them through ebay but no response.
Absolutely disgusted with Volksmine.
DO NOT USE for reconditioned engines!!!!!!
Ordered an engine from them, they sent the wrong engine and argued over it. Eventually took it back and took my engine to recondition.
My engine came back rushed so I was dubious. A sprocket was bent and timing belt was too tight so had to go over it to check their work.
Long story short...my car now has blue smoke and burning oil. Compression test shows compression issues, camera shows damage to rings which obviously weren't changed originally and swarf remained in chambers to cause this damage.

So now I am at square one again needing yet another engine reconditioning...ABSOLUTE JOKERS

The most unproffesional pair of guys in this world, they actually do not know what they are talking about. Con men that charge for parts which they do not even keep in stock, very unfair and very unhelpfull please stay away guys.
