Most of the staff are ok, but if Wayne serves you, good luck. He plays on his mobile while talking to you and he makes up the prices on parts.

It surprises me that a 30 plus year old taking his games on his mobile seriously ? .. he should take his job seriously and please Wayne smile ?

Bests to shop around and avoid this joke shop.

If you need parts for your VW/Audi/Skoda then Sanburns won't disappoint. They have a huge selection of parts available at a fraction of the cost to the dealer. Dave there is a fountain of knowledge!

Had the parts i needed, the quality and price was the best I could find. Been using Sanburn Auto for years when they were based in Napton over 20 years. The best place for VW Audi parts. Thanks Dave.

A few years ago it was a brilliant service. That's gone! Phone for a part, gave them part number, which should have helped. Four days later and several phone calls' from me, still no nearer to finding part, so ordered from elsewhere. Why promise to phone back? All it needs is a quick phone call to say if they've got or not. Useless service.

Quick service with a huge amount of used vw parts from the smallest piece to largest. Easily accessible with good parking. Staff are very helpful and have time to deal with customers and assist with any query. Completely shut between 1-2pm for lunch so be aware if you need something at that time. On the whole though, a fantastic buying experience and would recommend for used parts

100% fantastic service again from a breakers yard who know their car parts. Thanks to Wayne for the prompt service today when I came in to buy a rack for my Toledo. Have used these guys for years and they know a lot more than some ‘time served’ mechanics. Always a pleasure spending money here
