First time using them, a midi size skip for home renovation waste.
No complaints at all, fairly priced for the area, prompt delivery on the day we asked for (2/3 days notice I think), we weren't chased or chivvied for the return of the skip (had it for a number of weeks) and collected within hours of notice that we were done with the skip. ?

Disappointed!!! Have used them before and they have been excellent . This time round the skip was dropped off nice and a quick. Only when they phoned me for payment and after I paid, was I told I could only have it for 2 weeks, to which my response was I need for longer and I was told that should be fine. Today they came an collected it without even a phone call. I tried to stop the driver, but he said he was taking it anyway, even though I only wanted it until after the weekend!! Rang the office to try and get them to stop, but I was told I'd had it too long!! Conversation got a bit heated, as I still have stuff to put into the skip and was told I should have read the T&C's!!! Would have been nice to have some, as they are not on the website or the delivery form or via email!!!!! He then threatened to dump the contents of the skip on my drive, before hanging up!!!! Funny enough I will not be using them again or recommending them and this could have all been avoided by calling me a week in advance to say they were collecting!!

Have used this company three times now. Good on price, prompt delivery and collection and great service. I was recommended this company by two people and I’m glad I took their advice. Will not be using any other skip company in the future. Highly recommended.

Shocking!!! Rarely answer the phone and when I got them to finally come and collect the skip they emptied half of it on to my drive!!! No call to say they were doing it. AVOID!
