I had 5 big black bags of clothes and getting them to a charity shop would have been a nightmare. We recycle clothes was really easy. Just go online, set a date and they collect. They collected the day and time we arranged. Great service

Excellent service! I was clearing out my mum's house as she has moved into a care home, and I had boxed up lots of good quality clothes and ornaments/kitchenware etc.
Elen collected the lot and moved it very quickly and competently, plus she has a really friendly and engaging personality. I was able to book her again later in the week to take more boxes. I'm just so glad if people can make use of items: it raises some money for charity, and less stuff is wasted/consigned to landfill.

Am very pleased with the service. I didn’t know that the company can actually pick up from right outside your door. Let’s you agree time and date of pick up. I will definitely be using the same service. Great communication with the customer and they have list of all the things they take. I was very pleased, because I had the clothes that I didn’t know what to do with for a long time. Am glad I found the company online.

Very polite driver, arrived a bit early but he took all my bags of clothes away. Have already recommended them to my son and would definitely use them again. Pick up was completely free. Thankyou to all involved.
