Very pleased with the service. After being messed around by a local main agent, I phoned Andy from We Buy Cars Sussex who came round as arranged. He gave a fair price, higher than the quote from We Buy Any Car, and completed the deal within 15 minutes. No pressure to do the deal. A good service from a company that I would definitely recommend.

Saw the van online & thought it looked great, couldn't see any damage & was told there wasn't by 'Andy'. Got to see the van & the small visual bodywork damage (minor dents/scuffs) as to be expected with a 10 year old van, that wouldn't of stopped me buying but what did was the steering was bent as I was test driving van was steering off to one side& had to hold steering wheel at angle to go straight plus loud knocking noise. Rusty steel wheels gone over with a silver spray can. Mot advisory on the certificate was steering or ball joint I can't remember exactly. But the biggest put off for me was I couldn't find ANY reviews on "AB Trading" located I'm Brighton. I did however find out on the Gov website that his company used to be called "WE BUY CARS LTD". Got to say I was suspicious that we didn't meet at the business address listed on AB Trading Google addresses. We met at a place called Autofit next to a tyre shop in a industrial estate. When I asked him why we wasn't meeting at his business address listed on Google he says "Oh that's my friend Alan Belorni we both trade out of the same address (What a coincidence same initials!) I then followed him to a house (a friend I believe as he knocked & had to wait for someone to open door) where he did hand me the keys & let me do the cold start I requested. Possibly why the van was at the house I can't say for sure. Seemed a nice guy so I'm not going to slate him off but he did lie about bits & pieces & was more than shady about meeting anywhere but his so called business address.Van was up for £6,000 but wasn't worth half due to bad condition (Sadly people are paying crazy money for these vans in poor condition because they're desperate & sellers are taking advantage of the van market at the moment Alarm bells rang when I was researching names & company named but thought I give it a try but personally I would adviae to avoid, somethings telling you it's dodgy then trust yourself. Research garage's names & owner names & even speak to people in the town that operate business & they might tell you to avoid a certain salesman etc. I would only buy from a proper dealer as you have more rights if something goes wrong. You don't have many rights when buying from a private seller from a house. Andy later told me had a small office in the back of the tyre shop. To be honest now I look back it was all suspect.

Avoid buying from this dealer at all costs.
I bought a car for over 6k and after 1 week I had major faults and no support from dealer.
It cost me a further 1.5k and some bits not fixed still.
The 2 guys who run it completely changed as soon as I had a fault and zero help.
Don't waste your money here as they are buying cars they may have faults and taking no responsibility at all.

Really poor service.
Website was fine - gave us a quote and allowed us to book when we wanted them to come out.

We arranged work so we could get back on time and waited. And waited. And waited. They didn’t show up. We called and got a snotty response that “these things happen”. We wanted to get this sorted so agreed to re arrange for the next day. The buyer called, was really rude and unpleasant but said he was coming out, so again we got back from work ready. Then called to say we hadn’t immediately answered a text he had sent (we were driving back to be here) so he wasn’t coming out. Again he was rude.

The buyer was also clear that he wasn’t prepared to pay anything like the price quoted on the website so I’d take that with a pinch of salt.

The messing us about might have got them 2 stars but the really unpleasant and rude attitude gets the 1.

I wouldn’t recommend you touch them with a barge pole.
