It's good for a recycling centre. It could do with a staff member pointing out parking spaces at busy times. Why are they still making you book a time to drop off, which was introduced during covid? But Padworth is much better, the staff at Padworth are happy to help you with a heavy load and are so much more pleasant.

Booked in for a 6:30 appointment, turn up to find all gates are locked and the entire place is shut. For a service that so heavily insists on us making bookings they do not seem to hold out on their side of the bargain.
Having said that, previously when we have managed to gain access to the disposal the staff have been fantastic. Simply ridiculous for the place to have a stated 8pm close time and appointment slots up to 8pm yet be shut by 6:30pm without any notice.
