Always helpful & much easier access than wetherby road. Don’t bother with wetherby road any more-rather drive the extra miles to penny pot even though a lot further. I took a fridge freezer to wetherby road, no offer of help taking it out of my car-about 5 staff laughing & joking with their sunglasses on! So I just dragged my fridge freezer across their yard! Penny pot much better & helpful staff.

Great place and staff are always friendly and helpful. Note that from October 1st, the site closes at 16:00 each day and all NY HWRC sites are closed on a Wednesday.

Much nicer than Wetherby road, very friendly and helpful staff, worth the detour!

Very rude and unhelpful man when I tried to recycle a old dishwasher, I parked in the wrong place apparently and was told to move but no help in carrying it in to the skip.

Always clean, tidy and very well organised. The staff are, without fail, friendly, helpful and always quick to help without waiting to be asked. I never thought it would be possible to say this but it is actually a pleasure to visit Penny Pot tip. Don't know how much you are paying these lads but it is not enough!
