The WHM team are excellent. They have helped us through very complicated issues, such as: AdBlue faults on Audi, a water damaged engine without fleecing us - if you were to ask me for one word to describe them - honesty!! Superb garage, both sales and service. I've used them for all 3 family cars for years. Rick, Matt and his team are friendly, professional, fair and as honest as the day is long. Hopeless, they dont answer phone and online bookings arent even checked.
After ringing 3 times at various times of day to book I ended up using their online booking form. Waited 3 weeks for a slot, get booking confirmation, turn up first thing only to be told they dont look at web bookings and due to poor reception dont answer the phone so cant fit me in..
No apology for wasting my time, just shrugged as if its my fault. Shall never use again

I bought a car from WHM Co. And must say that Gavin is an honest and courteous man to deal with. The car is 13 years old and had been standing for a while so no surprise that there have been a few teething problems. The after sale service I have received has been outstanding. I had seen a car I wanted. Contacted Gavin via ad and was surprised to receive a call on his wife's 60th. Arranged to view on Tuesday. Car drove like a dream. Paid and left car till beginning of November. Gavin collected me from the train station back to the site. Completed some forms and off I went.

Thank you Gavin, you went above and beyond what i would expect from a car salesman. Most salesmans, talk the talk. I asked lots of questions and Gavin was happy to answer. Anyway, my driving school now as an automatic car added to my school. All the best

Had a really busy day planned but also had to get an MOT and servicing for my car so I checked in to West HORSLEY Garage. I explained my complicated day and asked if it was at all possible if I could get my car back as soon as practicable. Even though they were very busy they said they would see what they could do. Just after 2pm I received a call saying the car was ready!! I heartily recommend this garage for the friendliness of staff and their skill and professionalism. Truly a pleasure to work with.
