Excellent Customer service, a little bit of a Run around trying to get payment to Westermans international Ltd but that was because of the Method i was using. i will say they always stayed in contact with me and provided a Tracking Number when Shipped. Package was very well packaged tight, and everything help up when shipping over the Big Pond.... I added some handles in the back to hang cables on for easy transport. I will Definitely be using them in the Near Future

I can not rate Westermans highly enough, amazing quality products but what makes the company great and means I'll use them again is the simple fact how amazing the communication and customer service was, I ordered the item, it got to me next day, I realised I ordered the wrong speed gearbox, the next day I called them with my head in my hands, they sent me the correct gearbox for my application, The communication from start to finish was astonishing, I highly recommend Westermans to anyone and everyone what a great company thank you and I'll be using you again soon!

This is a good and readable website. Everything there is "in it`s place" with easy navigation. Website loading quickly and not either problems with it. All colors and fonts sizes also goode.
