We have been here a few times lately as we have recently moved house and have had a lot of sorting out to do. We have always found the staff so helpful and obliging! Today we took a very heavy washing machine and Ashley was a superstar helping my husband to get in into the scrap metal skip.

The guy here is so rude obviously doesn’t like his job. Wheelie bins didn’t get emptied this week so had to bring them here as council advised. Had an issue with me bringing it in a pickup truck and said it should be a car. Accused me of lying when I said the council had said to bring it and it’s another department. It’s no wonder people fly tip with such a lack of common sense.

Staff will help if you find them and ask but never offer unless it's 3 minutes to closing time, even when heavily pregnant! Old tip was much better in this respect (Malvern)
