Fantastic service, second to none.
I ordered a skip this morning at 0730 having failed to do so the previous day. Within an hour a skip arrived. Superb service. Having used Wetherby Skip Hire for the last few months, they are now our preferred supplier.

I’ve recently used Wetherby Skip Services and they were a pleasure to deal with. The staff I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. The skips were delivered the same day I requested them and the last one was taken away promptly. Their price was the cheapest out of three companies I looked at. Highly recommended.

I had to give at least one star to even be allowed to post a review for some reason but I absolutely wouldn't even give that! During numerous calls to get a skip collected I've encountered a very snotty sounding female or an even more obnoxious male! Two weeks since I called to report the skip ready for collection and it still hasn't been collected, even though it's currently posing a massive health and safety risk as it's set on a primary school playground! Will never, ever use this company again after this... even though we've been using them for years!

This is the first time I have hired a skip, but it was totally seamless from placing the order online, to the lovely gentleman I spoke to on the phone. Skip arrived on time and the driver was brilliant placing it exactly where I wanted it even laughing at my little skip dance, yes I know who dances at a skip arriving! Phoned them up yesterday afternoon and like ninjas it was gone before I awoke this morning. Fantastic service from all I spoke to and absolutely would recommend! Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to use them again 5* service and a great bunch who I spoke to.

I’ve had their skip on my driveway for 2 weeks. I called 5+ days ago asking for it to be picked up and have been told “it will be picked up asap” or “it will definitely be today” for them not to show up. I’m having to project manage a house renovation and needed this skip gone to make space for a large delivery that can now no longer happen, potentially incurring me further costs.

Absolutely appalling. I have told them repeatedly I needed it gone. I should not have to wait this long after calling them to pick it up.

I called the company to ask if they would be able to speak to a customer about all the items blowing out of there skip and covering my yard and drive as I didn't know who the skip belonged too. I did not expect such a rude response, being told to pick it up myself. Asked if they could let me know who it was as would be prepared to ask the people who probably not aware this had happened as it's on a back street. I wasn't being rude at all. Down right disrespectful ignorant and rude. Terrible approach to customer service and total disregard. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Cant email a vat invoice as their scanner is broken
Wont post invoice as the "cost of stamp too much"
Do not collect skip for two weeks and counting despite ringing three times and being promised it would be next day. They did send a truck but was wrong size, you'd think having delivered the skip they'd know what truck was needed to collect it.
Couldn't care less attitude appalling.
