Really rude. On arrival, we asked where we could park as carpark was full. The answer given was "not here or you'll be told off" then the man walked away, not having told us where we could park.

On entering the office, we had to ask twice before one of the two men behind the counter actually bothered to engage with us, both ignored us the first time we asked if either of them were free.

When we asked about some wheels, we were handed a high viz jacket and told to check whether the wheel we wanted was the correct one (wheels were still attached to a car which was on top of another car). Having no idea about cars, I asked 3 staff nearby for a bit of help (just to make sure the wheels matched the car I needed them for, which wasn't with me), all 3 ignored me. When I went back into the office to complained to the person behind the counter, I was told "probably foreign". They weren't, they were all chatting to each other in English.

Again asked if we could have the wheel taken off the car to have a proper look at it, the man behind the counter asked someone to do that for us, but he pointed to his watch and walked off - we were told us it must be his lunchtime. No effort was made to find someone else to remove it. When we asked if we could collect the parts in a couple of hours, was told "I'll do my best". When I queried if they would actually be ready, as it was a 15 mile trip for us to come back, was told to call back before we left. If I hadn't have needed the parts today, I'd have happily paid double and ordered them online from somewhere. Really ignorant bunch of people.

Sold Whites the copper piping and tank from my recent boiler upgrade, for which I received £89. Seen to quickly and efficiently. It's slightly confusing as to where to go, but other than that I'm very happy with the service.

Absolutely fantastic place rob is a smashing bloke good to have a chin wag with and a cuppa tea! Always shares his chips with me at lunchtime albeit a little oily and I don’t mean cooking oil

Considering this was my first scrap run the guys and girls were friendly and told me what the crack was. Looking at my ticket the prices paid are good and payment was prompt. This will be my go to yard in future.

What a bunch of cowboys agreed a price of £50 for my car that I would come and collect the alloys wheels in a few hours time so I can sell them on, they burnt them off with a blowtorch because they couldn't be bothered to look inside the car for the locking wheel nut, so they were no good to anyone I would never use again, I have been using this this company for many years wouldn't recommend to anyone now on
