Very nice person. I went to get a part and the part was already sold. He transfered me £25 as compensation. It was very nice of him. Even the part price was great. Unfortunately it was sold.

This is my third time dealing with Danny at Wigan VAG Parts and i feel that the least i could do is leave a review to praise him for his efforts. I first purchased a set of wheel spacers off him 2 years ago and was very pleased with them and speedy delivery. Secondly i purchased a set of S3 brakes off him as an upgrade to my a3, i was pleased when they arrived within 2 working days from the day i ordered. When they were fitted we discovered a rather large chunk broken off the brake pad which was supplied with the callipers, i got in touch with Danny to raise my concern and he apologised for the mistake and he sent me a brand new set of pads as a good will gesture which i didn’t expect him to have to do. Lastly i ordered a set of S3 side skirts for my a3 at 9pm on a sunday evening, by 9:10 he had sent me a picture of the delivery label and they were on my doorstep mid day on Tuesday. I know reviews go a long way so that’s why i am writing this, if you ever need anything VAG related danny is the first person anyone should consider as he has a vast range of stock and lots of knowledge to go with it too, he always does his best to help people out and offer what they need. I wish there was an option to leave 10 stars ⭐️

Man like danny hill has ever part at like 50% cheaper then the competition! His place is like a TFSI NUT’s wildest dream come true lol, service is rapid an posted faster then you can imagine lol. Dishonest seller, told that parts are very clean with no damage , drove two hours to get them and found that bumper is scratched, wing scratched with some rusts as well, no discount was given " if you don't like it - don't buy.

Found this business through a Google search about a month ago.
Had a problem with my VW Tiguan and wanted to try another head unit to see if that would rectify the problem.
I explained what the issue was and what I was looking for. The staff were really helpful and had a 2nd hand head unit for me to purchase. They even told me that if it didn't rectify the problem, I could return the head unit for a full refund.
I paid, took the head unit home, installed it and the problem was resolved. I did notice that the fan seemed to be staying on for quite a while after the engine had been turned off. I drove back over so the staff could hear it. They reassured me that it would go off, but if it hadn't after an hour, to take it back for a refund, while they sourced me another head unit.
Thankfully, the fan did stop so this wasn't needed.
I appreciated being listened to, and would recommend this company for its professionalism and helpfulness!
