Amazing customer service. I was delayed collecting an arranged order and the salesman stayed behind 15mins after closing to allow my collection. Because of this I will go to Wilko Stowmarket first for all motor spares. Amazing staff dedication.

I had a new battery fitted today by a young man Chris in Stowmarket not only was the price competitive but the service was brilliant took 15 minutes from start to finish and Chris was polite and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I will make this my first port of call every time now. Quoted 91 pound on the phone and then was very pleased that it only actually cost me 86 pounds which is 30 cheaper than Halfords

What a fantastic service!!!! Highly recommended by a single female driver, called at 9am as car battery seemed drained, they checked / tested it first to confirm one was needed and fitted it there and then onto my very old 1999 Audi which is now back her her old self and I’m one very happy customer as wouldn’t have known how to even get the old battery out!!! All done and driven away by 10am to start the day, Thank you guys hope you enjoyed the crisps

Stowmarket Branch always top notch, helpful, prices very good, more often cheaper than the internet, and in stock.
Parts supplied are always correct, unlike eurocarparts !!!!!

I went to this store to have my bike serviced and brakes fixed, I couldn't have asked for a better service, they were really accomodating and happy to help with my requirements.

As a support worker I was able to get a discount, ask them about this if you work in the health care profession, it's not on everything though.

I would still go back even without the discount such nice people, great service and wanting to keep things local, so we still have them in years to come.

I bought a replacement car battery here, the one provided was flat. They provided another that was also flat and with no other batteries that would fit, they boosted it with a larger battery to start the car so it could charge while driving. The battery failed within 9 months and they were awkward about the warranty insisting on a full charge and test despite having done this myself. They insisted that the battery was fine but it went flat within a few weeks again. When they finally agreed to replace it, they didn't have any stock apart from a better battery which they refused to replace it with without additional cost so I had to come back a fourth time. Avoid at all costs, the customer service is terrible - they don't care how far you have to go out of your way and are happy to inconvenience you, the staff lack knowledge of car products, and the products are sometimes dodgy.
